1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using The Cardinal Edge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

The Cardinal Edge is a fantasy football portfolio management platform. It is a personal productivity tool — it does not facilitate real-money wagering and is not a gambling platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

  • You agree not to:
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our data feeds commercially
  • Use the Service to facilitate unauthorized access to third-party platforms
  • Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
  • Share account credentials with others

6. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party fantasy platforms (currently FFPC, ESPN, and Sleeper, with others that may be added later). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, and trademarks on the Service are owned by The Cardinal Edge or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rankings and projections will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cardinal Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
